This matter comes before the court on the Motion of the Fairville Company, L.P. (“Fairville”) for Relief From the Automatic Stay (the “Motion”) pursuant to 11 U.S.C. § 362(d)(1) 1 on the basis that certain personal property in the possession of the Debtor does not constitute “property of the estate,” as defined under § 541. The Debtor, Annette Johnson, filed a timely objection to the Motion, asserting that Fairville is adequately protected.
