Error is prosecuted by the plaintiffs in error who were defendants below against an order of distribution and particularly certain items of the purchase price of certain real estate sold by the sheriff of Franklin County, Ohio, to the defendant in error, The Penn Mutual Life Insurance Company *653of Philadelphia, Pennsylvania, on an order oí sale in foreclosure.
