Harry H. - Tobias filed a bill in the court below against Alma C. Tobias to vacate a decree of divorce which Alma C. Tobias had theretofore obtained against Harry H. Tobias in the same court. The bill was not a bill of review, for it did not set out in full the bill for divorce and the decree of divorce, nor the record in the cause. The grounds on which it was sought to vacate the decree were that Mrs. Tobias was not a resident of Peoria county when she filed said bill for divorce and therefore the court acquired no jurisdiction of said suit, and also that the testimony upon which the decree…
