The plaintiff filed a claim with the county commissioners of Lancaster county for certain taxes paid by him’ upon *253land which he'alleges was not subject to taxation. The commissioners rejected the claim. The "plaintiff then appealed to the district court, where the order of the commissioners rejecting the claim was affirmed.
