Appeal by the defendant from a judgment of the Supreme Court, Queens County (Rotker, J.), rendered December 15, 1999, convicting him of robbery in the first degree, after a nonjury trial, and imposing sentence.

Ordered that the judgment is affirmed.

The defendant argues that the People’s failure to present certain exculpatory evidence to the grand jury requires reversal of the judgment and dismissal of the indictment.
