Bernard Francis Bahmer appeals from the trial court’s order denying his writ of habeas corpus by which he sought to avoid extradition to the State of Iowa where he is charged with the offenses of kidnapping in the first degree, assault while participating in a felony and conspiracy to commit murder. In his first ground of error applicant asserts that the papers supporting the Governor’s warrant are insufficient to meet the requirements of TEX.CODE CRIM.PRQC.ANN. art. 51.13, Sec. 3 (Vernon 1979), because the information charging applicant is not supported by an affidavit.
