MEMORANDUM OPINION AND ORDER GRANTING HLW AVIATION, LLC’S MOTION TO DISMISS

BEFORE THE COURT is the Motion [59] to Dismiss filed by Defendant HLW Aviation, LLC. HLW requests dismissal for lack of personal jurisdiction pursuant to Fed.R.Civ.P. 12(b)(2), or for failure to state a claim pursuant to Fed.R.Civ.P. 12(b)(6). Plaintiff Brenden Mullen has responded, and HLW has replied.
