Plaintiff elementary school teacher Ak-ousa Agyeman (“Agyeman” or “plaintiff’) brings this civil rights action against her employer, the Roosevelt Union Free School District (the “District”), as well as the Board of Education of Roosevelt Union Free School District (the- “Board”), Dr. Deborah L.
