Valentine, J.,(1) At the election held November 5, 1929, Frank Hontz was elected tax collector of Freeland Borough for the term of *6914 years, beginning the first Monday of January, 1930. He duly qualified and assumed the duties of the office.(2) At the election held November 7, 1933, Frank Hontz was reelected tax collector for another term of 4 years, beginning the first Monday of January, 1934.(3) After his reelection and before the commencement of his second term he died on November 16,1933.(4) At a meeting 'held on November 23, 1933, the borough council of Free-land Borough…
