ORDER
BUCKLEW, District Judge.
This cause comes before the Court on Defendant Bank Indonesia’s Motion to Dismiss the Complaint (Doc. No. 8). Plaintiff filed a Response in opposition thereto (Doc. No. 12). Defendant replied with leave of Court (Doc. No. 16).

Ms. Tin Suryanti and Ms. Zainah traveled to Tampa, Florida in August of 2002 to attend an educational auditing course on behalf of the internal audit department of their employer Defendant Bank Indonesia.
