Countrywide Home Loans, Inc. v. DBR Holdings, LLC

Appeal from an order of the Supreme Court (Mc-Donough, J.), entered December 10, 2014 in Albany County, which, among other things, denied certain defendants’ motion to set aside a foreclosure sale.

In July 2007, plaintiff commenced this mortgage foreclosure action alleging that defendant Donovan B. Rhoden and defendant Alicia Kratt defaulted on a note secured by a mortgage on their residence located in Albany County.
