— S. Emma P. Hope died on April 13, 1914, leaving a will by which, inter alia, she devised and bequeathed her residuary estate in one-third shares to her trustees in trust to pay the income from their respective shares, upon the terms of a spendthrift trust, to her sister, Annie J.
