This is a consolidated belated appeal on the denial of post-conviction relief upon two petitions and by which we are urged to review the following issues:(1) Was the defendant denied the effective assistance of counsel at and prior to his guilty plea hearing ?(2) Did the court err in summarily dismissing the defendant’s third petition for post-conviction relief?(3) Is the statute under which the defendant was convicted unconstitutional by reason of providing for alternative penalties ?
