OPINION

CHEZEM, Judge.

Case Summary

Respondent-Appellant, the State of Indiana (“the State”), appeals from the grant of Petitioner-Appellee’s, Jesse Lopez’s (“Lopez”), petition for postconvietion relief. We reverse in part and affirm in part.
