St. Joseph’s Hospital seeks certiorari review of the trial court’s order denying its motion for summary judgment in Jane Doe’s action against St. Joseph’s. Ms. Doe’s lawsuit stems from her allegation that she was sexually assaulted by a hospital employee while she was a patient in the hospital’s mental health care facility.
