Tbe Orphans’ Court Division of tbe Court of Common Pleas of Westmoreland County on November 3, 1972, overruled appellants’ objections to tbe distribution proposed by tbe executors of tbe estate of Richard X. Mellon and confirmed absolutely tbe executors’ accounts and distributions previously made. On December 29, 1972, tbe court en banc filed an opinion dismissing appellants’ exceptions to tbe earlier decree.
