The answer admits the allegations of the bill, from which it appears that the plaintiff, a corporation duly organized under the laws of the State of Iowa, and engaged in manufacturing, distributing, buying, and selling electricity for light, heat and power, was the owner of power stations, substations, poles, wires, meters, and other real and personal property.
