HENDERSON, Judge.
Appellant was charged by indictment, which jointly charged him and Monk Gibson with the murder of Mildred Lee Conditt. The first count in the indictment charged that said parties killed Mildred Lee Conditt by cutting her with a knife, and the second count charged that they killed her by cutting her with some sharp instrument, the description of which was unknown to the grand jury. There are a number of other counts in the indictment, some charging killing by Powell and that Monk Gibson aided and abetted him, and some charging killing by Monk Gibson and that appellant aided…
