J. This appeal involves a wrongful death action brought by a mother, as administratrix of her son’s estate, against the driver of an automobile which collided with her son’s motorcycle. The jury returned a verdict of no cause of action. Plaintiff appeals as of right.

On July 16, 1969, James Raymond, his brother, and a friend were camping out at Lumberman’s Monument campgrounds in Iosco County. During the evening James decided he would like some soda pop.
