The appeal in this case involves the question alone of the amount of alimony and solicitors fees decreed to the complainant in granting an absolute divorce to the complainant against the defendant. The complainant, Mrs. Wilma Walden, filed her original bill in the Chancery Court of Madison County seeking an absolute divorce from the defendant, John W. Walden, alimony to be decreed to her out of his estate and solicitors fees to bé allowed to her out of the estate of the defendant. Subsequently, the original bill was amended in certain particulars.
