liThe plaintiffs filed a petition seeking to annul an underlying judgment rendered following a jury trial. The plaintiffs alleged that, during the trial, a juror spoke to the trial court regarding her concerns about continuing to serve on the jury and that the trial court did not advise the parties of that conversation.
