Upon the plaintiffs’ appeal there are nine assignments of error which we shall not set out in detail. Nor do we think it necessary to indulge in an extended discussion of any of the assigned errors except as hereinafter indicated. A careful examination of the record and arguments of counsel convince us that the trial court correctly disposed of the issues presented by the pleadings in all respects except as hereinafter indicated.
