This cause coming on to be heard on the motion of Respondent for summary judgment, due notice having been given and the Court being fully advised in the premises, this Court hereby finds that:

Claimant, a student at the University of Illinois, Chicago, seeks damages for personal injuries sustained on July 29, 1987, while leaving Taft Hall on the university campus.
