This writ of error has been brought to reverse the judgment of conviction and fine entered against plaintiff in error in the municipal court of Chicago for violation of an act entitled “An act in relation to the nomination of candidates for public offices by political parties,” in force July T, 1919, (Laws of 1919, p. 476,) the information filed against him having charged that he illegally voted in the name of W.
