This was an action brought by George Rugen and Amanda Rugen, his wife, against Arthur L. Van Berschot and E. B. Harrell and others in the superior court of Cook county, on the chancery side, to restrain the enforcement of a judgment .of the superior court in a proceeding which had been instituted by themselves against the defendant Harrell, and also praying in their bill of complainant for the rescission of a contract between Amanda Rugen and Perry Perkins.
