MEMORANDUM OPINION

BROWN, District Judge.

This matter comes before the Court on the appeal of Victor M. Starr and Heidi Starr (“Starrs” or “Appellants”) of the Bankruptcy Court’s Final Order of September 7, 1995, which found that Appellants failed to establish by a preponderance of the evidence that their claim is nondisehargeable under either 11 U.S.C. §§ 523(a)(2)(A) or (a)(6). Appellants also appeal the Bankruptcy Court’s decision not to qualify Appellants’ real estate appraiser as an expert witness.
