The defendant appeals from the judgment of conviction rendered after entry of a conditional plea of nolo contendere pursuant to General Statutes § 54-94a,1 to charges of possession of narcotics with intent to sell in violation of General Statutes § 21a-277 (a), possession of marihuana in violation of General Statutes § 21a-279 (c), and interfering with an officer in violation of General Statutes § 53a-167a.
