STATEMENT OF THE CASE

This action was instituted by the plaintiff, the city of Bridgeport (city), against the defendants, C. R. Klewin Northeast, LLC (Klewin), and its affiliates: Klewin Building Company, Inc., C. R. Klewin, Inc., and E & F Walsh Building Company. The case emanates from a construction management contract entered into between the city and Klewin regarding the construction of the city’s minor league baseball stadium.
