This action in ejectment was brought by the plaintiffs and appellants in Juab County against the defendant and respondent, to recover possession of a certain mining claim called the “ Steeple Chase” by the appellants, and the “Mormon Chief” by the respondent, located in Tintic mining district, State of Utah. The appellants insist that the Steeple Chase mining claim was located January 1, 1897, by one R. C.
