People v. Richardson
Appellate Division of the Supreme Court of the State of New York
1Opinion of the Court
— Appeal by the defendant from a judgment of the Supreme Court, Queens County (Golia J.), rendered February 16, 1989, convicting him of robbery in the first degree, robbery in the second degree, grand larceny in the fourth degree, criminal possession of a weapon in the second degree, and reckless endangerment in the first degree, upon a jury verdict, and imposing sentence. The appeal brings up for review the denial, after a hearing, of those branches of the defendant’s omnibus motion which were to suppress a statement made by him to law enforcement authorities and identification testimony.
