delivered the opinion of the court:
Respondent appeals from a judgment of the circuit court of Randolph County finding him to be a person in need of mental treatment and ordering his commitment to the Chester Mental Health Center pursuant to the Illinois Mental Health Code (Ill. Rev. Stat. 1975, ch. 911/2, par. 1 — 1 et seq.). The only question in this cause is whether the judgment of the trial court was supported by clear and convincing evidence.
