The appellee recovered judgment against the appellant on a policy of insurance on the life of her son, Thomas H. Roberson. The only question presented to us for review is the refusal of the lower Court to grant the defendant’s (appellant’s) third prayer, which is as follows: “The jury are instructed that there is no evidence in this case legally sufficient to show that the plaintiff was prevented from bringing suit on the policy sued on within six months next after the decease of the insured by any action, conduct or misrepresentation by the defendant or any of its duly authorized agents, and…
