In an earlier decision in this case I granted the defendants’ Motion for Summary Judgment on the plaintiffs sole federal claim of constructive discharge and discrimination in violation of Title 12 U.S.C. § 1790b, a federal whistleblower statute relating to federal credit unions, and further declined to exercise supplemental jurisdiction over the remaining state law claims.
