EDINGS, J.
These are cross-appeals by the life-tenants and re-maindermen under the will of John Ena, deceased, from a decree in equity. The salient features of -the case are as follows:
On or about the 7th day of May, 1921, Father H. Valentin and the Hawaiian Trust Company, Limited, trustees under the will and of the estate of John Ena, deceased, filed in the circuit court of the first circuit of *418this Territory a bill in equity requesting the instructions of tbe court in reference to their duties as such trustees.
