Appellant, James C. Hill & Company, Inc., filed action against the appellee, Pitzele Gin Company, for $1,650.00, claimed to be due under a written contract. The appellee denied liability. Trial to the Circuit Court without a jury resulted in judgment for the appellee, and the appellant prosecutes this appeal.1
