Appeal from an order of the Supreme Court, Onondaga County (James E Murphy, J.), entered December 16, 2010. The order, among other things, vacated a judgment of foreclosure and sale dated December 18, 2009.
It is hereby ordered that the order so appealed from is unanimously modified on the law by dismissing the complaint and as modified the order is affirmed with costs.
