On September 1, 1987, and again on September 3,1987, this Court held hearings on the Motion to Compel Compliance with 11 U.S.C. § 365(d)(4) filed by EastGroup Properties (“EastGroup”). The gravaman of the motion was that the debtor, Southern Motel Associates, Ltd.
