Appeal from an order of the Family Court of Chemung County (Hayden, J.), entered October 13, 2016, which granted petitioner’s application, in a proceeding pursuant to Family Ct Act article 6, for permission to relocate with the parties’ child.
Petitioner (hereinafter the father) and respondent (hereinafter the mother) are the parents of a child (born in 2012).
