Nixon, in violation of Article 14.-07 of the Texas Election Code, V.A.T.S., as well as of 18 U.S.C. § 610, a federal criminal statute. Defendant Gulf Oil Corporation moved to dismiss the complaint for lack of standing and failure to state a claim upon which relief could be granted.
