DECISION ON TRUSTEE’S MOTION FOR SUMMARY JUDGMENT

The trustee brought a complaint alleging that the defendant, FinanceAmerica Corp., violated certain disclosure provisions of the Truth in Lending Act (TILA), 15 U.S.C. *498§ 1601 et seq., and Regulation Z, 12 C.F.R. Part 226. The matter was heard on the trustee’s motion for summary judgment.
