People v. Kramer

The defendants, Michael D. Kramer and Adam E. Denny, were charged with unlawful possession of a controlled substance (Ill. Rev. Stat. 1989, ch. 561/2, par. 1402(b)). The defendants filed a motion to quash their arrest and suppress evidence seized by the police. Following a hearing, the trial court allowed their motion. The State appeals that decision.
