— Appeal by the defendant from a judgment of the County Court, Suffolk County (Vaughn, J.), rendered April 15, 1986, convicting him of murder in the second degree, upon his plea of guilty, and imposing sentence.
Ordered that the judgment is affirmed.
Contrary to the defendant’s contention raised in his supplemental pro se briefs, there was no basis for the court to refuse to accept his guilty plea (see, People v Harris, 61 NY2d 9).
