Appeal by the defendant from a judgment of the Supreme Court, Queens County (Blumenfeld, J.), rendered November 27, *4272002, convicting him of burglary in the second degree, upon a jury verdict, and imposing sentence.

Ordered that the judgment is affirmed.

The defendant was convicted of burglary in the second degree for unlawfully entering a residence and stealing items therein. The complainant testified that she did not know the defendant and did not give him permission to be in her apartment, where the burglary took place.
