By jury trial appellant Toraino Leon Young was convicted of (1) first degree murder, with the special circumstance that the murder was in the commission of robbery or in the immediate flight after having committed robbery (Pen. Code, §§ 187, 189, 190.2, subd. (a)(17)); (2) robbery (Pen. Code, § 211); and (3) evading an officer, causing death (Veh. Code, § 2800.3).
