It is necessary in this action to construe the will of Margaret Anna Harrison. She made her will February 12, 1879. At that time her daughter, the plaintiff in this action, and the plaintiff’s daughter, May Florence Salter, were her only descendants. The plaintiff was at that time the only heir at law and- next of kin of Mrs. Harrison. May Florence Salter died July 13, 1886, without leaving children. Mrs. Harrison died April 27, 1895, and at that time her only heir at law-and next of kin was the plaintiff. At the time the will was made Mrs. Harrison’s half-sister, Cornelia Y. Seaman, was…
