MEMORANDUM OPINION
ROBERT F. HERSHNER, JR., Bankruptcy Judge.
Bennie Lee Williams and Wanda Lá-veme Williams, Plaintiffs, filed with the Court on March 11, 2008, their Complaint To Set Aside Foreclosure Sale. SunTrust Bank, Defendant, filed a response on April 10, 2008. Plaintiffs’ complaint came on for trial on May 28, 2008.
