—Defendant was convicted and fined $40 under the following indictment:
“The grand jurors for the state of Missouri, impaneled, sworn and charged, to inquire within and for the body of the county of Dent and state of Missouri, upon their oath, present and charge that Doss Gibson, on the second day of February, 1893, at and in the county of Dent, Missouri, did unlawfully sell intoxicating liquors in less quantity than three gallons, to wit: One pint of whisky for five cents, one pint of brandy for five cents, and one pint of wine for five cents, one pint of- rum for five cents, one pint of gin…
