This case originated in the police court of the city of Poplar Bluff, by the filing of an affidavit of R. K. Andrews and upon which the city attorney filed the following information: (Omitting-caption.)

“Now comes the undersigned city attorney, within and for the city of Poplar Bluff, county and State aforesaid, and upon his knowledge, information and belief and upon the complaint of R. K.
