Plaintiffs filed a complaint in equity challenging the validity of a resolution of the Governor Mifflin School Board, adopted January 10, 1977, which, inter alia, established a new rate of compensation for the tax collectors. Hearings on the matter were held on September 9 and 10, 1980.
