MEMORANDUM OF OPINION AND ORDER

The matter before the Court is the motion of the Official Committee of Administrative Claimants (“ACC”) for an order authorizing it to commence and prosecute certain causes of action against certain directors and officers of LTV Steel 1 and LTV Steel Corporation 2 on behalf of the LTV bankruptcy estate. The Court acquires core matter jurisdiction over the instant matter pursuant to 28 U.S.C. §§ 157(a) and (b), 28 U.S.C. § 1334, and General Order Number 84 of this District.
